Funds not released by buyer DISASTER

I am very distressed at the moment. I shipped out an item on the 31st of March from Gauteng to the Western Cape through courier guy. I thought there’d be some delays due to the long weekend only to find out the shipment was delivered on the 3rd of April and I still HAVE NOT received the funds worth R460. I have just now messaged the buyer - I will see what she says and make an update but how can it be over 10 days and I still have NOT received my money. I am starting to get scared that this buyer is a ****mer as I saw she’s posted the item she bought from me on her page before the purchase was even made. Using images than do not belong to her.

I have contacted support I will wait two days or else I’m going ballistic and why don’t they have a phone number I’m able to call? I need help! If I get no help within three days I will not be selling on this platform anymore. All I need is for the funds to be released that is all nothing more! Why hasn’t Yaga released them?????? Help!!!!
