Excuses and Delays!!

I've been waiting for 3 days for my funds to be released. Buyer has not completed the order and Yaga Support delays the process in getting what is rightfully mine. They don't read emails properly, ask me questions I've already explained in my first email. Their policy states that the buyer has 48 hours to release funds and I'm still waiting. Yaga said they've reached out to the buyer but why when the time frame has already lapsed! Some sellers depend on this income!
