Efficient, safe and seller-supportive

I have been using Yaga as a buyer for a while and have enjoyed the safety that the website offers when making purchases,. All of my purchases have gone by quite smoothly.

I recently started selling and all was well. I was going on holiday to Thailand and had put my store on holiday mode when someone messaged me asking if they could quite desperately have a skirt I was selling. As I had a few days before I was to leave I disabled holiday mode and the purchase was made, the buyer opted to use Pudo locker. If you don't know, with Pudo lockers, the buyer only has 36 hours to fetch the product. When I was in Thailand I was notified that the buyer didn't fetch the product in time and that I needed to fetch the package from the warehouse. I didn't know what to do as I was on another continent, I emailed Yaga support and they swiftly handled the matter and got the skirt to the buyer. I was so impressed. The Yaga team is really swift, effortless and safe!

My only criticism is that the buyer-safety price is quite large, it defeats the purpose if you're looking for cheap clothes because a R50 top will amount to R116 in total after you add shipping and the buyer safety price. It's not budget friendly, it would be better to visit a charity of thrift store in person then. I find it great for vintage pieces.
