I had a bunch of clothes to get rid of and instead of doing what I did the last few times (i.e. just giving them away), I wanted to receive something in return as they are all items of value. Someone recommended Yaga to me and I had no expectations - I just loaded up a bunch of items and waited. I've since sold loads of pieces and I'm happy to see them being used with care again. The platform provides a really smooth experience from start to finish, and their customer service agents were lightening-fast in getting back to me about an inquiry. When it's time for me to go shopping again, first place I'll look at is Yaga, especially to close the consumer loop and give new life to a previously loved item. Thanks, Yaga. :)
