DISGUSTING *** BEHAVIOUR FROM BUYER AND Extremely disappointing service FROM YAGA— still waiting for my money

I sold an item through Yaga and the parcel was successfully delivered to the buyer on 3 September. Despite the item being delivered days ago, I am still waiting for my funds to be released!!

I emailed Yaga on Saturday regarding the issue and, after receiving no satisfactory resolution, I had to follow up again this morning!!! just to get an update on money that is rightfully owed to me

What is extremely frustrating is that the transaction has already been completed from my side The item was packed, sent and delivered successfully, yet I am left chasing Yaga to release my funds!!!

For a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers, this is completely unacceptable…Sellers should not have to repeatedly contact customer support just to receive money from a completed sale!!

The whole experience has been unnecessarily stressful and has seriously damaged my confidence in using Yaga again!!!!If you are selling on Yaga, be prepared to potentially wait and chase them for your money even after your item has been delivered!!

I expect Yaga to resolve this immediately and release my funds without further excuses or unnecessary delays!!!!
