Buyers not entirely protected

I really like the platform however I feel that buyers are not entirely protected even after paying the buyer protection fee. I feel like at times it's a dumping platform for some sellers because the "labeling is advertised and one will be stuck with an item that they're not completely satisfied with and you have to see to finish what you'll do with the item,yet buyers protection fee was paid but not protected. Please review your rules for buyers and sellers don't turn a great platform into a bad one please.
