Buyers Fee

Always used Yaga for buy and sell however the costs now to buy with the mandatory buyers fee makes it challenging for buyers and sellers. This fee should be optional, if you want to take the risk you should be allowed to choose to have the buyers fee or choose not to. Will look at other options to sell or rather used pop up shops removed.
