Bad service

Never will order from them. Order on 2 August. Didn't hear from them. Contact them and the lady couldn't find my order. She told me she went to the mall once a week and that Paxi don't always have bags. She will go the next morning. Now I have received a sms saying that my parcel will arrive on the 21 August 2025. So much for delivery in 5 days time. Never again.
