STAY AWAY FROM YADAH WENDYS AND ATHLET SAFARAO

I contacted Athlet Safarao on the 27th of November to install a wendy hut for me after realizing I need more space for my little business. I needed it to be made in a specific way and sent through several pictures measurements and descriptions of exactly what I needed. Athlet sent several pictures of very nicely done wendys and seemed as if everything was going perfectly and he could provide exactly what I needed. As I was worried about paying a strange he even agreed to arrive and install and be paid the full amount on completion of the job. He promised he would be here at 6 on the 2nd of December. I was thus far super impressed and very excited. I woke up early to ensure I was ready for them and waited, and waited... Eventually, he calls at 8:43 to say that they are running late as they are purchasing bricks and will be there shortly. By 10 I was now starting to get anxious. Eventually I get a call from a different person saying they have been delayed at another site and will be coming through. A completely different story from what Athlet gave. Close to 12 a team finally arrives and Athlet is nowhere to be found so I can only assume I was palmed off on someone else. The guys had no idea what I wanted and the Wendy did not have the correct size door, no gutter or handle. The job was now being rushed as they said they need to finish today, The corrugated roof was hacked apart leaving a hole and half of it is longer than the other side. I tried explaining that this is not what I asked for and could we please rectify this to no avail. The whole thing became about money so I paid more than 50% on the spot and said I will pay the rest when it is rectified. Now, after a week of back and forth messages asking when we can sort this out Athlet is demanding I pay another R1500 of the balance before he comes out as he needs to purchase materials. A bit ironic when he came to install the entire thing with no deposit. I feel that the way this has been going I will pay the money and still not have the problem sorted out. A very disappointing unpleasant experience, and totally not what I was expecting at all! At one point actually being told to get someone else to come fix it! I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. Mistakes can be made but at least have the decency and morals to keep your word and fix them. I also feel the so-called warranty given is worthless as if they can not come to install properly what chance do I have of getting them to stand by their warranty?
