BAD SERVICE,, BAD TREATMENT,,SHORT REFUND

Firstly i would rate this company a ZERO if there was an option for zero I had one the most ********** experiences with the panel beater (Y2K) at 9 Alison St, Lewisham, Krugersdorp...that was fixing my car after it was in an accident. The guy gave me a run around when he was fixing my car, always **** saying the car will be ready tomoro but wen i call him he changes stories and eventually when i thought he was done, i discovered that the steering airbag he put on car was and old one he just used pop revit on it!!! when i went Audi to have them check the car as i wanted to sell the vehicle, Audi told me the car is not roadworthy & the a/b system will not work!! They asked me who replaced my steering a/b and i told them it was Y2K, they immediately called him asking him how can he install a non-working a/b for a customer n give them a car that is not roadworthy and they told him this could get him 7 his company in trouble, i then told him i will get someone else to fix his mess & i will bring his a/b so he can give me a refund of 4000.00 as it is what he charged me on the quote & that is what i payed for,,, mind you i never gave the guy hassles when it came to payment as i wanted my car to fixed. I went on the 26 Sep 17 to give it to back him and he gladly took it and said i should give him my account numbers. A week later i sent him a mail asking him where my refund was & he said it will take more or less 2 weeks, so i gave it a bit of time & in week 3 i asked him again he said i need to be patient so i waited....In week 4 i asked him again and he told me he will refund on the 27th Oct and only today 27 Oct he refunded me an amount of 1750, when i call him to ask where is the rest of my money, he tells me to go to hell , that is what he paid for the airbag and that is what he will give me, when i explain that he charged me 4000.00 he tells me to go to my lawyer & put the phone down in my ear!!! He charged me 4000.00 for the a/b and 280 for labour.....
