Bad service - not able to assist in fixing my leaking roof for the past 4-5 months.

I bought a house in Montana from a Diseased. Estate. I moved in 28 April 2022. Great excitement till first rain fell 20 May 2022. I reported the massive leak from the roof on Monday 2022 to the Estate Executor Lubbe Trust. No luck and up to date the issue is not resolved. Y2GO CONTRACTOR - BRETT was given to my as an expert on roofs. We first had contact in May 2022 and I received a quote from him to fix the leaking. The Estate Attorneys refused to accept responsibility and a ***** case was opened at SAPS Montana against them and the Property Agent Just Imagine (Pierre Mouton) for committing ***** including/ deleting info I did not sign for on the offer to purchase. My initial was copied and added to the changes made. Since then Brett has been attempting to “fix the leak in the roof” with no success. At this stage he does not answer calls from me although an amount of R 18 000.00 plus has been paid to him towards “solving the problem” of my leaking roof. Please do not use this person as he has one excuse after another as to why it is actually “my fault” for the failure to complete the job. Do not comply to his own timelines and does not pitch when arrangements made by other company as per agreement.
