I have ordered and it 2 weeks to arrive which is not too bad and expected

I have ordered and it 2 weeks to arrive which is not too bad and expected . The problem come when i had to return the scrub top i ordered as it was too small . The lady took months to reply amd i am waiting almost 3 months now for her to return it as she has assured me i could return it and it wouldnt be a problem. I am so dissapointed in her and her business i would never buy from her again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so. She had no problem taking my money now she is treating me like trash.
