Horrible, horrible, just horrible…

DO NOT… I repeat DO NOT go to this business. I paid a full price to get my rims refurbished and boy was I surprised with the result. It came back later than they said and on top of that the wheels were still not fixed ( they were still bent ). I took it back to them and they said they will fix it and again took longer than they what they told me it would take.

AFTER supposedly being fixed a second time, the wheels still came back bent AND on top of that… the colour of the wheels was not what I requested . I don’t know why they thought it would be okay to change the colour. It was even sprayed using a spray can instead of proper wheel paint and was painted over the old paint.

THEY DON’T EVEN DO THE REFURBISHMENT THEMSELVES… IT WAS TAKEN TO A BACKYARD SHADY PERSON AND LOOKS LIKE THE WHEELS WERE FIXED IN THE STREET AND NOT DONE WITH PROPER EQUIPMENT.

How is it possible to deliver such horrible service and then provide even WORSE aftercare service as well as IGNORE the customer and then advertise yourself as someone who provides “good service” and “low prices” when the price was what I would have paid at another shop with a more reputable rating.

The owner has since stopped taking my calls and ignores my messages.
