XYZ Media dishonesty

Before paying for a months service of organic Instagram growth from this company an individual by the name of Conor told me that if I used his services,he would assist me with the creation of a media kit as well as a rate card for my Instagram which would be included in the monthly rate. After he received the payment from me, I emailed him a few images for him to use on my rate card,he then told me he would get started with it ASAP, a few weeks went by and I messaged him again,he said he would get on it,then a month passed and he told me he is extremely ill and will let me know when he’s back on his feet. Last week,he began posting videos of himself on all his socials,clearly showing he is in great health,I messaged him again and told him that because of this delay I had lost 2 campaigns. I have messages that prove he chose to ignore all my texts,he refuses to take my calls and now he has blocked me. I have supported this company three times in the past and this is the treatment a customer receives. After he gets your money,he doesn’t keep his end of the bargain. He is absolutely dishonest and I wouldn’t suggest anyone trust him in the future. I paid for a service that I was not rendered. He is a *****!
