Ball joint destruction

I sent in a tie rod and rack end of my ranger bakkie which had no dents or grinds on it the only thing wrong was that the ball joints was quite loose What i recieved back was a complete **** up the rack end was grinded for some reason The ball joint was also grinded next to the ball for some reason the ball joint casing was dented somehow I returned these parts and they tried to tell me that the ball joint looked like that because of wear and tear They could not even explain to me what they did to the rack end for it to look like that They were just supposed to service these parts but what they did to these parts is destroyed them completely Please do not make use of these guys to repair anything on your vehicle it is going to be a mess and cost you double what it should
