I have been dealing with Xtyre Global for a number of years with the Owner Oscar Filen that was an exceptional business man, his business ethics was great, he was honest, tidy, a man true to his words. Then Oscar met Wayne who invested in his business which I thought was a great move until I experienced his true colours stabbing me in the back.

Last year I entered into another agreement with Oscar from Xtyre Global, to produce more products for me. The contract was to the value of R625, 600 including vat. The agreement in writing was once the client has paid Xtyre Global the fee, they would pay me my commission fee of R196, 193,86 as I hold the IP and they just provide me with part of the components to complete my product. The client has paid the monies over after September 2024 direct to Xtyre Global as I was black listed during Covid 19 and the client preferred to do the purchase order in the name of X-tyre global. So I was copied on all the transactions that the client amended with X-tyre Global. All the dealings was with the client and X-tyre Global direct. I fell ill and loss my memory in ICU for a couple of weeks and lost my memory for a couple of months. Oscar told me that everything was under control. The client was pushy for the order, I always insist that client pays for products irrespective of purchase orders. Oscar assured me that the client has a purchase order with them and all will be in order, I could take my time to recover.

Subsequently the order was released by Xtyre Global without full payment and their admin department failed to collect the funds. Now the new invester; Wayne at Xtyre Global refuses to pay my moneys over, until their client pays the +- R60, 000 their admin person omitted in collecting. The negligence in not collecting the funds has nothing to do with me. The client was liaising with their team, they were under X-tyre Globals direct control.

How can I be to blame for this. I contacted Wayne today via whats app message since he refused to communicate with me via email, he has no intention to pay my monies - So I'm taking this public to let South Africa know about the Untrustworthiness / ********* business practices of Xtyre Global, I just wish there was a way to warn future businesses on the international arena about the business ethics of these 2 x owners Oscar Filen and Wayne
