XTT Construction Does not answer questions

I received a Confirmation of Employment from this company operating in Johannesburg Central | 12 Kruis Street | Opposite Fire Station | 1st Floor | Office 104.

I have sent them an email requesting clarity on the following:

1. The letter is not dated. It does not confirm the effective date. The letter content and structure is worrisome. 2. Letter does not confirm what I will be employed to do. Also the hours of work. 3. There's no address where I will be employed on the letter. Will I be employed by XTT Construction (Pry) Ltd or it will be the Airport Warehouse? 4. I'm asked to also pay R720. Now this could easily be deducted from the first salary payment. If the employment is legitimate and my s****s and services are required then the uniform must be provided in advance then fees paid on first salary payment. 5. May I have a copy of the screening done on my profile.

I have not received any response since 7 May 2018.
