XTREND SANDTON

Done a lay bye with xtrend in sandton mall a new balance for R2199.95,I have slip to prove payments instalments up to R1700 ,expire date was 24-09-2024,went there on the 20thSep2024,shop was closed, no notification that they are closing shops. All the money i pay R1700 is gone. ALL THE NUMBERS I TREID TO CALL DO NOT EXIST, sandton management have no answers for us how possible is that, my question is how come the landlord is not aware that the their tenant is leaving?
