Poor Information Regarding Estimated Delivery

I have made a purchase on the 21/11 and showed estimated delivery is between the 8 and 15 December. My item still shows it is at the warehouse. I would like to cancel this order as the estimated delivery is incorrect. Everytime I emailed they tell me to be patient.
