What a great experience and value from enquiry and quotation to advice and recommendation to delivery, very high level of professionalism, knowledge, empathy and responsiveness to my needs . With too much of care and courtesy about to exceed my expecations and deliver so highly remarkable quality of workmanship, neat and beautiful finish (through the proper choices and considering my house decor/set up, furniture, etc. and correct positioning of aircons ) and, most importanly the value for money of their aircons where you get the best for much less. The aircons are of very high quality, reliabiliy and performance in relation to most expensive products whilst the price isso reasonable and so fair- that reflects the high moral grounds, ethics, honesty and simp[ly, knowing exactly very well what they are doing. The high s****s /experience and training level of the technicians and workers was evident. Finally, I highly appreciated going the extra Miles to do it perfectly rather than taking short cuts and rushing the work, this yielded great results and highly recommended quality of workmanship.
