********** and Bad Product no after sales service

I was not happy on the day they installed my solar panels The ********** installed swimming pool solar panels for me a few weeks ago. Their sales pitch was that their solar panels would increase my swimming pool temperatur by 5-10 degrees. Two m after I bought 4 HD solar panels from them for R10 000 my swimming pool temperature has only increased. when I complained about this I got all kinds of stories like and promises they would come out and never did. . Their panels do not work. In addition the abuse from the manager "Victor" as per the email is unbelievable. My pool service company said that the panel are install very far from the pool and it will not heat the pool. Several appointments they made to come on site never happened and threats continue they want me to pay R5000.00 before they come out
