Pathetic Service and Company

I paid for Supply And Fit of a A New Battery Back Up Garage Motor which they installed late Friday the 15th October 2021. With the first loadshedding the backup did not work and I had to beg them to come and fix the problem. Eventually, they turned-up on 26 Novemebr 2021 just to confirm that the battery is faulty and that they do not replace batteries as batteries are not gauranteed. Their customer service is pathetic, and I will not recommend anyone to do business with them. I am sorry I did not verify the company before I employed them.
