Motor taken, never returned

Xtreme took my motor to test for the fault. I was given info and a quote to fix. I declined the quote. I offered to fetch my motor from them, but was told it would be returned to me. I have been waiting for months now. I've had countless promises of "this week" it will be returned. On getting more serious today I received this message from the owner: "Okay its an old broken motor but any case the guys will drop it off". The motor is less than 2 years old and when they wanted to repair it they didn't think it was so useless.
