Consumer Beware and Avoid This Company
Do not be fooled by their 25yrs in business sales pitch. The service during and post construction is appalling and the so-called "project management" by the owner is farcical.
The owner only came onsight twice a day leaving the client (us) to oversee foreign national staff who could not speak English. The owner ghosts you once final payment is made and refuses to address poor workmanship, snags and restitution upon completion.
The company is not National Home Builders Registration Council registered nor associated with any other industry association or accreditation body. As a result, there is no building insurance for clients to make claims against.
This is the most regrettable business dealing with our perception being a money-hungry chancer.
Instead of engaging us and addressing the incomplete work from 21 December 2022, the owner has involved legal counsel to sue us for R3,000,000 to remove our factual and consumer post.
