Spurious Claim About Beating Prices

They sell weigh protein bars (https://xtremenutrition.co.za/product/supplements-sa-whey-nougat-bar-box-of-16/) and claim that if one can get it cheaper they will beat it ('Have You Seen It Cheaper? We Beat Any Price - Try Us'). I did find it significantly cheaper (https://www.pecanhealth.co.za/product-category/shop/whey-protein-bar/) and took them up on their claim. I never heard back from them, so submitted a second time about a week later. I never heard back from them. Another week or two later I used their customer support link to query why I hadn't heard back from them. It's now been weeks later and I haven't heard anything. Needless to say I ordered from Pecan Health, eceived my product much cheaper and a much fresher batch thatn what I had received previously from Xtreme Nutrition. Lesson: ensure you carefully check pricing, and unfortunately it seems some business like to make fantastical claims without honouring them
