Pathetic Service! XTREME NUTRITION!

What a terrible experience I've just experienced with xtreme nutrition ordered supplements on the 26/11/2021 before midday they received my payment and acknowledged it and today is the 8/12/2021 and still nothing they barely respond and can't assist. And when they do respond they said I'll recieve my package on the 6-7 dec and its the 8th going to the 9th. The service is terrible and the customer service is even worse they won't even cancel the order and refund me!
