Disgusting online service from Xtreme Nutrition

They deserve no stars. I ordered a product online from this business on the recommendation of one of their sales people in a physical store , as they didn't have the product. He said it would take 2-3 work days , but it is now 3 weeks later and still no order. Their telephone goes unanswered, and they don't reply to any emails. You don't receive a tracking number, so there is no way to get in contact with the courier company. I am on the verge of opening up a case of theft/***** against this business. My only hope is that someone reads this review and it discourages them from using Xtreme Nutrition. Out of principle, I will not use their physical store for future purchases either...
