BAD ONLINE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service is useless, ordered online with them and made payment on 28/11/2020 it is now days later 4/12/2020, now we only got a notification that the order is leaving DURBAN to JOHANNESBURG. After saying it will take 1 - 3 working days, it now the 5th day and seems will only arrive more then a week later the week of 7 - 11 December 2020. And then they make it sound like the free delivery is such a BIG service to their clients. Have never had such bad service from any other company that we have ordered from in SA.
