Appalling service by Xtreme Nutrition.

Xtreme Nutrition? More like Xtreme disappointment! I placed and paid my order online on 31 October 2021. Today, 8 November 2021 I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails to the email address listed on their website and made enquiries and did not receive a single reply or any form of an explanation or apology. They used the courier company Aramex, and it cost me to go to the nearest branch to look into this matter, only to find out that my parcel was in Johannesburg. This truly is shameful for a company as highly recommended as Xtreme Nutrition. I will in my life never use their services again. To this day, not one email response or phone call from a manager of some sort. If I could rate their service lower than 1 star I WOULD.
