Lack of product delivery

What a disappointment. I always try and support female run businesses. The utter lack of business etiquette is just shocking. Ordered gifts for my business year end function and paid them them in October. It is now Middle November and I cannot get hold of the owner she does not bother answering her phone, whats app messages or emails for the last 3 weeks. She has left her poor staff trying to pick up the pieces. I am just amazed that any company would treat their customers like this. So in short, I would not recommended anyone using this company!
