Xtreme Licence - extreme poor service

This company pick up your car/trailer/caravan and take it to the traffic department's test grounds to get your roadworthy. They took our caravan. I told the owner to take out the jockey wheel, but she assured me that the wheel is fixed and she knows what to do. The afternoon when we got home, they parked our caravan in the street and when we wanted to bring it into the yard we saw the jockey wheel was missing and they balanced the caravan on bricks. Very shocked my husband send her photo's and asked her if her driver told her the wheel was missing? Yes she said they somehow lost it. My husband told her it is their responsibility (we did not sign any disclaimer) and the least she could have done was to let us know instead of just balancing the caravan on bricks and let us find out by ourselves. She send us an invoices which I paid immediately. The least she could have done was to tell us to leave her admin fee as a sorry, but ever since she just ignores my husband's messages and to date we have not even received an apology. R2500 loss for us to carry.
