DISGUSTING SERVICE AND *********

Geoffrey Welch was given my computer to repair but I was told it was irrepairable due to lightning damage - when my insurance paid out he sold me a new one and charged me for data recovery from my old computer - this was in mid February - I have contacted him over and over again about the data that was supposed to be recovered only to be told at the end of March that he had a ******* and my computer was ****** - surely data is kept on hard drives or somewhere safe....he kept promising me to call me back and to date has not given me an answer about my recovered data - this is very suspicious to me and all I have asked for now is my money back that I paid for \data recovery". The lack of service from this store is appalling and I would not recommend anyone with computer issues go there. I am totally disgusted and hope that other senior citizens are not ********** as I have been."""
