Company not prepared to take responsibility, threatening me and leaving me stranded still

I spoke to Melissa from Xtreme Doors about repairing the wheels/rings for my garage door from Thursday last week. On Monday 2 guys came through. One of the guys (Shane...?) pulled out the steels connected to the lock, while running the door up and down, after installing the wheels. I don’t know what that was for. After they were done with the fixing, I wanted to check if the door had no issues and it would no longer lock. They (I think it was Gavin, the second guy) offered to fix the problem with locking but I had to pay an extra amount for that. I called Melissa to report the issue. She said she would speak to the guys to fix the lock.

After that, Shane threatened to remove the wheels and even walked back into the garage with the tools, raising his voice in a fight mode. He claimed I did not want to pay and so he wanted to remove the wheels/rings that they had just installed. The other guy (Gavin I think) said I must pay and they’ll fix the lock. I paid into an account that he gave me but they left without fixing the lock. He said they’ll come another day with the right size of something (don’t know what). I wondered how they were going to fix the lock for a fee if they suddenly did not have the right size of whatever Gavin was talking about... After they left, I WhatsApped Melissa about the whole issue and she said I can’t expect them to fix the whole door when I only paid for the wheels/rings. I still have the whole WhatsApp communication with her and her contact details and I took the pictures of their van with its registration number. She told me they only came to fix the CRAZY wheels and they have not proof that the door could lock before they came. So, why did Shane pull the steels that had nothing to do with the wheels/rings??? This left me with the impression that this is how this company works. They will come and fix whatever you have called them for but they make sure you pay for something extra by the time they leave... I was really hurt and disappointed. I did not know I was inviting such people into my space... Now I have an extra expense to take care of, which was never an issue and not something I called them to fix OR BREAK in this instance.
