A real farce

I give them one star because zero was not possible.

This is honestly the worst experience with a door provider. My garage was broken into so I needed the door replaced. They came through with the wrong color door despite me sending pictures of the door to confirm. It has been over a month now and they don't even bother to let me know what is going on with the supplier and the replacement door. The worst part is that I made the mistake of paying the balance of the money so that the owner, Gavin, can use that to buy the replacement door. To date, nothing has been done. Gavin, it seems, has dropped off the face of the earth. I am refused his contact number, he has never called me despite me leaving several messages with the office, and it is beginning to feel like the ****show of an operation that they are running is nothing but a ****. Avoid them at all costs. Pay the extra money and get a reliable, reputable and professional provider.
