Worst service I ever received

I placed a order for delivery at KFC on Xtreme delivery app at 16:00 eta was 16:45 but when it was time to deliver my food the driver Went for a joyride around town which I watched him on the live map on the app when your order is out for delivery My food arrived at 18:00 Cold and dried out almost un edible, I am sorry it was the Worst experience I have ever had, Will think twice before using Xtreme delivery Secunda again.
