Poor/slow service from Xtreme delivery

Ordered from Spur in Somerset west on 12/02/2021 from extreme delivery. Took and hour and a half for the food to arrive. Was eventually delivered by a less then presentable individual to say the very least who still had the cheek to ask 4 a tip which is extremely unprofessional in itself. The food was ice cold.

Phoned the manager to complain who was ver nonchalant in her response.

Very poor service received overall from the delivery outfit indeed.
