Xtreme..ly Rude Technician

<p>I have always made use of Xtreme Computers in Randburg and found them to be helpful and professional, however, on Friday 7 July I made the mistake of visiting the Town Square branch with my Laptop that was giving me difficulty, I was met by the most crass and condescending human being I have ever encountered. I was shocked and literally in awe of the total disdain with which I was treated. He spoke over me without even giving me the opportunity to explain the difficulty I was having and was so antagonistic that I felt like I had to defend myself or even prove that there had to be a reason for being there. After leaving I called in to the branch to speak with a manager who could only apologise and try to dupe me into believing that I had misunderstood blatantly rude behaviour for what she called "the language barrier" She did offer to make an appointment for me to see another technician for which I am grateful, however I respectfully decline your offer as I have decided to take my business elsewhere.</p>
