Poor Customer Service

<p>Went into this shop a week ago and requested a diskbackup and loading of two drivers. When I asked when this would be complete the answer was xtremely evasive.</p> <p>I decided to load my own drivers and simply ask for the disk backup. I went today to do this. I also asked that my outlook backup be loaded onto my new laptop. When I asked when this would be complete answers again were xtremely evasive.</p> <p>I commented on the lack of customer service and was informed that this shop would not undertake to do this job due to my comment. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well, be warned. Not only were my questions and comments ignored, this operation refused to undertake the work!</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say I went else where and it took less than a minute to upload my outlook backup to my new laptop, no if or buts, whilst I was there, and with a smile and pleasantness as well, all around.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
