Worst Car Wash

I was recommended to take my car to Extreme car wash by a family member. Got there parked behind the one line of cars. I waited 20 minutes in the heat without any movement on the progress to the vehicle before me. While other cars arrived after me and were allowed into the wash tunnel on the other side. I inquired by the supervisor as to the first come first serve policy. With the reply of ..... You should never take the lane where their is a bakkie ahead of you... Really there were bakkiesonboth sides of the wash bay.... Pathetic excuse! After 40 minutes wait I simply took the wash and go.... I could only take so much BAD service! When I paid for this bad service, I inquired if the wash and go included the wash of the wheels? The response was \yes".... Really! I pointed out that my wheels were hard touched and the grime was still visible! Needless to say ....WORST CAR WASH &amp"
