I will continue to use your services , because the problem was not with the company but an individual . I fully accept the formal apology with open arms , as for the staff member , this is a lesson learned and we now can move forward. I recommend Xtreme Car Rental to the public . They still remain my "NUMBER 1" i couldn't even find any rental company that beats they affordable prices . From 1 star to 5 GREEN STARS. I'm delighted . Thank you :)
