false inform and bad service
<p>i have rent a car with ur branch in pta on 29 /09/2016<br />They give me a false information about car rent and told me to leave R6590 THEN they will repay me R4000 when i came back and after taking off <br />ETAG money for tollgate.now they have repay me R1400 out of my R4000.</p> <p><br />I ASK A LADY IF KILO APPLY SHE TOLD US THEY ONLY GONNA CHARGE US R400 a day .i ask why they wrote kms ********** She that is not applying to us <br />I need authority on this before i took it further.u can give client false information .</p> <p> </p>

It is correspondence like this that allow us the opportunity to enhance our service to become the car hire company of choice.
We can confirm that we have rented a vehicle to a Mr. Moses Mashola for the period, 29/09/2016 – 04/10/2016. We do not have any record of renting a vehicle to a renter, Keitumetse Irene Mashola.
The vehicle was rented to Mr. Moses Mashola. The daily rate offered, included 100 kilometres per day free. The kilometres is cumulative and the total kilometres travelled is calculated at the end of the rental. We also confirm receipt of a Debit Card payment from the renter, Mr. Moses Mashola of R6 500.00. This amount paid comprises of the total rental cost and a Refundable Deposit of R4 000.00. The Refundable Deposit is paid in advance in the event of any possible additional charges i.e, Damages, Fuel, E-Toll and Toll Charges or Excess kilometre charges. On the day of the vehicle collection, the Renter receives a copy of the signed Rental Agreement .The Rental Agreement specifies daily rental charges, free kilometres offered, excess kilometre charges, contract and admin fees along with the Total Payment Received.
Mr. Moses Mashola, please refer to the copy of the Rental Agreement in your possession. This Rental Agreement will offer a clear indication of the number of kilometres offered daily. The Refundable Deposit amount paid back into your bank account could have possibly been more should you not have exceeded the rental by 945 kilometres. We can only base our rental terms and the total rental charges to what is specified on the rental agreement. In no way do we view the rental agreement as, offering you as a client, with, “false information”.
