Xtreme Bowling Bramley - so disappointed

Went to xtreme bowling with a big group.of frds and it was such a horrible experience. The service was terrible, the food was disgusting. We ordered a few plates of chips and chicken nuggets and we waited over a hour for our food. When my husband went and asked if the food was ready they said almost. We finally got our food and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. Chips were oily, looked like they were made 2 weeks prior, chicken nuggets were dry and tasteless. Our slush puppies took almost an hour too. Then there is 1 lady in the front sorting out payments, shoes, names for the games, while there are about 4 or 5 employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. We were told we can order pizza from outside but will be charged an extra 30%. Such a horrible and disappointing experience. So sad because we have been going to extreme for years and years and it's always been so good and fun, but unfortunately it's gone down. We will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone else.
