Xtreme bikes witbank *********** staff

<p>After consulting with the sales man and lady at xtreme bikes my husband supp**** the relevant information they needed to assist him with buying a chain for his bike. They only asked for the sprocket number which he gave and recieved a chain that was supposed to fit his bike. Trusting in their knowledge in providing the right part he installed the chain and found it to be to short. He phoned the salesman that assisted him, who explained that his bike being on/off road will need a longer chain. Monday i returned the chain they supp**** due to lack of knowledge only to be told i will be charged a 20% handling fee and the different chain will cost me R899 where the current one was R300. Needless to say i left the shop with the incorrectly supp**** chain that i can do nothing with and a R300 rand loss. This was a mistake from staff not knowing their job and giving incorrect parts by not thinking. The right thing to do since the incorrect part was supp**** by xtreme bikes witbank was to give my money back since it was the sales staff that made the mistake.</p>
