I would like to take this time to give an update regarding my initial complaint against this business where my mattress was destroyed by rodents, (to my knowledge) whilst on their premises.

I had a meeting on Monday, 08 March'21 with their management and thereafter I was advised that their service provider, (pest control) would conduct an investigation and submit a report with their findings by Wednesday, 10th March'21. I was not happy with their finding but the management at XtraSpace concluded that they would get me a new bed set, not necessarily if the same quality as my original bed but more of a substitute. I am quite happy with the decision taken by them to do this for me and would like to thank them. The branch manageress, Luan du Preez is an absolute pleasure of an individual and I would like to say thank you to her for being so personable.

Furthermore, my matter was sorted out and I am a happy client. I believe that I would recommend this business to my friends and family in future because they made sure that I did not leave with a bitter taste in my mouth.
