Arrived at closed gates
Trevor, Ek wil jou net laat weet dat ek baie baie ongelukkig is oor die diens wat ek van jou ontvang het. Ek het met jou reelings getref om my voertuig by julle te los terwyl ons weg gaan, jy het selfs bevestig dat als in orde is, sien die mails hier onder. Ons het egter voor ‘n toe gesluite hek gekom toe ons ons voertuig wou bring. Daar was geen wag, en niemand om ons te help nie. Ek dink die man se naam is Hamish wat ek toe uiteindelik in die hande kon kry, en hy kon maar net onverskoning vra. Die beste wat ek die situasie kan beskryf is pateties! Wat help dit om met jou reelings te tref as jy jou nie daaraan steur nie. In elk geval, dis gedane sake. Ek sal uit my pad gaan om mense af te raai om julle te gebruik. Om die waarheid te sê; ek het alreeds twee persone oortuig om eerder ‘n ander parkeer plek vir hule voertuie te soek as om met Xtraspace te sukkel. Jy het my geld gekos! Francois

We would like to apologies for the terrible inconvenience caused on Sunday, 01 October 2017.
Trevor had made the necessary arrangements with our security company for your access onto our site and they were expecting you. Unfortunately, the guard on duty for the day was assisting a customer on site and had left his mobile phone in the security room and hence, nobody could get hold of him.
This is not an excuse, just an explanation of what happened on the day and the security guard was issued a warning.
We try our hardest to offer excellent customer service and we feel mortified in not having being able to deliver it in your instance.
I hope you accept our apology and perhaps in the future, you will change your mind and make use of our services.
