Access to my property blocked.

Request for access to spare vehicle ignored.

While I understand the need for lockdown, essential services need to keep working. My primary transport developed an issue and Xtraspace is blocking me from accessing my other vehicle despite me sending a permit and security being on site.

It is possible to retrieve the vehicle with no risk to anyone but they have no intention of assisting. This presents a problem for future access during abnormal times.

We are certainly assisting essential services and anyone who can produce a permit is definitely allowed access to our facilities and their units.  We are extremely proud to be a support service to essential services.

I spoke with your branch manager, Cheree and she indicated that she is in possession of your permit, which she received yesterday further to your email communication with her on Monday requesting access. 

Cheree will be giving you a call to clarify any mis-communication and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
