Terrible support and wont take blame for defective product

<p>Bought a Cree T6 Flashlight on May 11, 2016 and recieved it on May 16, 2016 unpacked it and tested it but the light was very dim charged the batteries and still the same when you tap it against your hand the light brightens like it should be any bump then it dims again i tried to contact them numerous times no reply to my fault instead they send me a long list of what they do and how they do it. Till today no reply to my mails and the 1 batterie is dead does not keep the charge. So i paid for a defecive product and they don't want to help or reply so i mailed our CPA offices to get help with this matter. NEVER BUY FROM THEM</p>
