XTC audio poor service support

I installed a R32 radio in my Polo a few years ago and except for stability issues and very poor navigation haven't had major issues. This until the car went in for repairs and the battery was disconnected. When I got the car back the language setting on the radio was stuck on Chinese/Korean/Japanese. I have been trying without success to get the software on the radio reloaded so I can reset the language but have so far had 0 success. This because there is a "new" version of the R32 and they cannot help me. DO NOT BUY XTC PRODUCTS.
