Deposit not returened

On the 8th of March, Xstate auctioneers held an property auction, which one had to pay a R50 000.00 deposit to register for the auction. Before I paid the funds via EFT, I was told that if I didn't purchase anything, the funds would be returned within 2 - 3 working days. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything and after the auction when I handed in my bidders number, again they said that the refund would take 2 -3 days. Now after 8 days, the deposit is still not refunded and every time I call to speak to the person in accounts, she is not in or she is in a meeting. This unacceptable! I will be laying a case of theft with the police today.
