Appoling refund procedure
I have attented xstate auctioneers in Durban and paid R10000 deposit for the auction. No purchases were made and the refund of the R10000 was supposed to made to me on 30 Oct 2017. Its now 13 Nov 2017 and i still have not received my monies.

I have attented xstate auctioneers in Durban on 12 September and paid R10 000 deposit for the auction. No purchases were made and monies were supposed to be paid 14 days later. Hence, the refund of the R10 000 was supposed to made to me on 30 Sept 2017. Its now 13 Oct 2017 and i still have not received my monies.
